1. About cookies
Cookies are small files that a website asks your browser to store. Similar tools may include local storage, pixels, software tags, and server logs.
These tools can help a website remember a request, maintain security, deliver a function, or understand use.
This notice explains the categories Live Beyond Wealth may use and the choices available to you.
2. Required cookies
Required cookies support a function you request or help protect the website.
They may be used to:
- Maintain a protected access session
- Remember a privacy choice
- Protect a form from misuse
- Balance traffic or deliver a page
- Maintain security
A required access-session cookie may be used when an area is protected. Required cookies support access, security, privacy choices, forms, and functions a visitor requests.
Required cookies cannot always be disabled through a site control. You can block them in your browser, though parts of the website may stop working.
3. Preference cookies
Preference cookies may remember a choice such as:
- Cookie settings
- Display settings
- Language
- Form progress
We do not use preference cookies unless a visitor choice or requested function needs them.
4. Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies can help a site owner understand visits, page use, errors, and general performance.
5. Advertising and social-media cookies
Advertising and social-media cookies can follow activity across sites, build interest profiles, measure campaigns, or connect a visitor to an external platform.
We do not use advertising or social-media tracking cookies.
An ordinary external link may still take you to a third-party site. The third party may set its own cookies after you visit.
6. Email and form providers
Email signup, guide-delivery, and contact services may use required cookies or related tools for security, consent records, delivery, and fraud prevention. Their names, purposes, durations, and processing locations are recorded in this notice when active.
7. Your choices
You may:
- Use any cookie control provided on the website
- Change your browser settings
- Delete stored cookies
- Block some or all cookies
- Use browser privacy controls where available
Blocking required cookies may prevent a protected area, form, or saved choice from working.
If a consent tool is added, rejecting optional cookies must be as easy as accepting them, where applicable law requires it.
8. Browser settings
Most browsers explain cookie controls in their privacy or security settings.
Browser settings differ. Review the help information for your browser and device.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website, providers, or legal duties change.
The current version will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
10. Contact
Questions about cookies may be sent through the Contact page by selecting Privacy request.
Optional Google Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, referral sources, successful newsletter submissions, workbook download clicks and workbook PDF saves. We do not send your name, email address, form responses, quiz answers or written workbook notes to Google Analytics. Saving a workbook does not send its contents to us.
Google Analytics uses cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish browsers. We set their lifetime to six months and keep your analytics choice in your browser for six months. Google processes usage and device information and may process it outside Canada. Advertising personalization is disabled.
Analytics starts only after you accept. You can decline or withdraw your choice using Analytics settings in the footer. The site and its resources remain available either way. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete information already collected.
